We offer the standard manufacturer’s warranty on our products.
All new raised floor kits and new raised floor panels are warranted for one (1) year for normal wear and loads that do not exceed the stated CISCA design loads for the system. Industry accepted standards for cleaning and maintenance must be observed and inspection by the manufacturer may be required to complete any warranty claim.
All refurbished floor panels are warranted for one (1) year against de-lamination. Industry accepted standards for cleaning and maintenance must be observed and inspection by the refurbishment facility may be required to complete any warranty claim. Over-flooding the panels with improperly diluted cleaning chemicals may void the warranty.
High-pressure laminate is not warranted against scuffs or scratches, especially when caused by accumulated dirt and debris, sand or other abrasive substances, or improper use of chemicals.
Accessories; such as grommets, ramps, handrails and panel lifters, are warranted for 1 year by the manufacturer of the product.
Warranty claims must be submitted by email to [email protected]. We will assist you by contacting the manufacturer and requesting replacement material, as well as acting as a go-between if additional information such as photographs or samples of damages is requested. We do not provide free replacement materials if the claim is denied by the manufacturer.
No additional warranties other than those offered by the manufacturer are implied or provided.
