Grill - an aluminum or lexan insert for allowing air flow distribution from under a raised access floor. Provided with a flanged top surface to allow for dropping into a rectangular hole cut into a panel. Typically with vanes spaced closely together and provided with or without a damper for regulating air flow. Used when the subfloor is a supply plenum and the surface of the access floor is either vinyl composition tile or carpet. Standard size is 6" x 18" however many different sizes are available. Sometimes referred to as a floor louver.
