Creating an account has many benefits:
Material being returned must be authorized prior to return within 10 calendar days of the date of delivery. You may request a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) by email or telephone. This number MUST appear on all paperwork sent with the material being returned. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the material was damaged by the freight company and noted at delivery or the warehouse shipped incorrect material. In all cases please contact us prior to shipping.
Do not return material to the address listed on our website - we ship from remote locations and will advise you of the proper address when you contact us for your RMA #.
We do not offer returns on TurboLava equipment.
We do not offer returns on any custom fabricated order. Returns for new floor kits may not be eligible for a return, please request an RMA to see if you qualify for a return of raised floor kits.
If our supplier feels this material has been kept in a clean dust free environment and can be sold as new, we will credit you for the material less a 25% restocking charge- freight charges are non-refundable.
All materials being returned are subject to evaluation. The material must be in pristine condition, as we do not offer credit for any material that does not look factory fresh. Once received at the warehouse, if our supplier feels this material cannot be sold as new, it will be your decision on what to do next. You can have the material sent back to you again, in which case it is your responsibility to pay for return freight or you can decide to have the supplier dispose of it and you will be responsible for a disposal fee as designated by the supplier.
We do not offer returns on custom fabricated panels on cut or modified components. All Tate Airflow Panels are Final Sale
We do not offer returns on used panels or used components.
We do not offer returns on “extra” component pieces of kits purchased as part of a kit. We deliberately estimate the number components and provide a few extra for those cases when your room is odd shaped, or require additional pieces. This is a courtesy to ensure that your installation crew is not at a standstill waiting for a single part.
Returns may be made up to 10 calendar days after material delivery with an appropriate RMA#.
