We offer a complete kit to provide you with cable tray ready to install under new or existing raised floors based on the unique requirements at your facility.
Enter the total length of cable tray (round to 2')
Enter the number of times the tray turns 90 degree (makes an angle)
Enter your destination zip code to estimate shipping costs on this order (U.S. 5 digit zip code only)
We will figure all the cable tray components needed based on the total length you provide us. Simply give us the total linear foot of your cable tray design. For example if your room is 20 x 20, and underneath you have a cross pattern one section being 24 feet and the other 18 feet, then tell us you need 42 feet of cable tray. This cable tray system is perfect for installing under new or existing raised floor. It’s very easy to self -install. This system is a continuous, rigid, welded steel wire mesh cable management system for access or raised floor applications. It is smartly designed to work with vertical and horizontal supports using your raised floor understructure which independently support the tray sections. Standard finish is pre-galvanized to avoid formation of zinc whiskers in the raised floor environment. It is wire mesh welded at all intersections. Wire Diameter: 0.197 inch (5mm) minimum on all mesh sections.
A special type of tray that does not have wire mesh sides is used wherever your cable tray makes a 90 degree turn. Tell us how many times you have a turn in your linear tray layout and we will figure that in. Do not deduct these sections from your linear feet total, this program does that for you. Each section is 24" x 24".
All of our prices are quoted fob Covington Louisiana. This means that freight is not included in our material prices. They are based on total weight and your zip code.
