This raised floor kit is available in square foot increments, starting at 4' sections. It features the industry’s most popular woodcore panels, in production for over 50 years and known for their wide availability. These panels are constructed with a high-density chipboard core encased in galvanized steel, ensuring durability and longevity. The system utilizes a bolted grid design, where the stringers securely fasten to the pedestal heads, a widely adopted standard in most raised floor applications. Each panel measures 24" x 24", adhering to the standard size for raised flooring systems.
This kit is a tough raised floor system, rated at 1250 pounds on any square inch, offering excellent rolling and ultimate load performance with a Class A Flame spread rating.
This price includes the adhesive that holds the bases to the sub-floor, the pedestal assemblies consisting of an all-steel base and adjustable head (1" up and 1" down), the 2' cross pieces (they form a grid) that go from pedestal head to pedestal head, the screw fasteners that fasten the stringers to the pedestal heads, and the panels (which nest inside the grid).
