Description

One of our best customers has just moved so we are offering their woodcore floor for sale. This flooring is used, however, it is made of high-quality materials and will last for many years with proper care. In addition to being cost-effective, buying a pre-owned floor will also help reduce your company's overall carbon footprint. Residual adhesive will be on the bases from the previous installation but will not interfere with the performance of the system.

This floor is sold by the square foot as a complete system. That means there is no need to purchase additional components as our price includes all material required to build the floor from the ground up. Your order will contain specialty adhesive that holds the bases to the sub-floor, pedestal assemblies consisting of an all-steel base and adjustable head (1" up and 1" down), the 2' cross pieces (stringers) that go from pedestal head to pedestal head forming a grid, the screw fasteners that fasten the stringers to the pedestal heads, and the panels, which nest inside the grid. Residual adhesive will be on the bases from the previous installation but will not interfere with the performance of the system.

  • Bolted grid system is easier to install than other systems because the crosspieces (stringers) simply fasten to the pedestal heads. Bolted grid systems are widely used in many different applications.

Floor has been well-maintained and has a Used Floor Rating of "B" (See Grading Scale Below)

A - Perfect - could pass for new
B - Slight scratching, no rust, no edge trim missing
C - Worn in surface, some rust, some edge trim missing
D - Acceptable, good to put carpet over, some rust
F - Not acceptable, good for platform applications only, rust
