Small items like grommets and lifters ship via UPS International directly to you. Our website is not able to calculate shipping charges automatically so you will need to email a quote request for the products you need with complete destination details. We will in turn send you a quote, which includes the international shipping. Email your request to [email protected]
Large items such as our raised floor kits, ramps, steps, handrails and replacement panels must be handled by a US based freight forwarder. We will be happy to ship any of our products to a port city in the continental United States. Our online shopping cart can provide you with the cost of shipping to your freight forwarder, simply use the address in the US as your delivery address to obtain the quote. You will need to arrange with your freight forwarder for shipping from their facility to you, as well as document preparation, customs and duties and any other charges associated with shipping to your country.
We can ship directly to Canada and Mexico using our regular freight carriers, however; you will need to provide us with the name of your customs broker, who will handle the necessary paperwork to import material into your country.
We can provide NAFTA certificates for our products. Please allow at least 48 hours to obtain the necessary information. Most of our products are TAA Compliant, please ask if you have special requirements
International customs duties and fees including VATs are not included in our shipping charges. These are the responsibility of the importer.
