Formulated for sealing the subfloor prior to the installation of a raised floor, this high quality water-based acrylic low odor sealant has a fast set time and excellent stain resistance. Sealbond Sealant has a clear gloss finish and offers dust reduction, substrate fortification, chemical hardening, and moisture protection.  Coverage is between 401-534 square feet per gallon.

MA-260 is a one-component, water-based acrylic sealer that offers excellent resistance to water blushing without the objectionable solvent odors associated with solvent based sealers. MA-260 has a fast set time and good stain resistance. MA-260 is recommended for sealing concrete or cement.  Do not use in immersion service or constant chemical exposure areas.

COVERAGE PER GALLON: 401-534 square feet @ 3-4 mils wet thickness

  • Tack free (dry to touch)      1-2 hours
  • Recoat or Topcoat              2-4 hours
  • Light foot Traffic                 3-5 hours
  • Full Cure (heavy traffic)       2-3 days


  • 60-100 degrees F with relative humidity below 85%


  • None required. Multiple coats of this product are compatible.


  • Clarity of color or gloss may be affected by high humidity, low temperatures or chemical exposure.
  • Lighting like sodium vapor lights may affect color.
  • For best results use a good quality 3/8” nap roller.
  • Slab on grade requires moisture barrier. 
  • Substrate temperature must be 5°F above dew point
  • All new concrete must be cured for at least 30 days
  • Do not apply this product to areas where there is standing water, damp concrete can be coated.
  • Too thick of an application may result in solvent entrapment and subsequent product failure.
