Our quote is based on using our automated freight processing system. Anything outside of our process requires individual handling.
This additional charge is accessed when you ask us to use your own Freight Carrier to cover the administrative time for manually processing your request outside of our automated system.
The exception to this is using UPS or Fed Ex. We are able to override our systems to reflect your information so that your material will ship on your account.
