Laminate Existing Panel

Our company has helped many legacy facilities with old raised floor systems and even newer facilities that have been flooded, experienced fire or other disasters.

Most raised floors, especially an older system, were made from a high grade of steel. If your system has a bolted grid and as long as you aren't overloading your floor, or rolling carts back and forth, it should last many more decades. Replacing the surface will make it last even longer. 

This is a routine service for us.  We understand that the moment you pull the panels out of the floor, the spaces are open and presenting a hazard. We will coordinate and work with you on a schedule in advance to insure that when your panels reach our facility they will immediately go into production for fast turnaround.  Whether you send batches of 35 or 1000, we will work with you on whatever you need.   It is very common for a customer to purchase extra panels from us, drop them into their floor system, and ship their old panels back to us with no downtime.  At the end of the project, they keep them as owner stock material.

Sometimes delaminating your panels is not the cheaper option, as the freight costs back and forth sometimes eat up the cost of used panels.  Whatever you see the on freight estimate, double it, unless you plan on paying freight to ship panels to us.  A firm price will be sent to you once we have all the details as freight varies from destination to destination.

The price for a cut panel is the same price for a full price you send in to be laminated. We accept full panels as well as cut panels on the border, and we cut the laminate to the border and return them. While you are pulling them out, you need to be systematic and consistent in marking them 1, 2, 3  East / West / South / North, etc.  Be sure to label them on the bottom, not the top. Any system that you can use to replace them back to their proper destination will make the border pieces easy to install. 

When timed correctly, of which we would be working with you to ensure your panels get back asap, it can be with ideal conditions a 14 day return process or can take as long as 21 days.  

Our goal is to time this process so you are without panels the shortest period of time.

Typically this service includes four new pieces of trim and one sheet of high pressure laminate or laminate pre routed with trim (integral trim).
