Designed to seal up to 50U of opening in a server rack, the Full Rack Blanking Panel Kit greatly reduces bypass airflow and exhaust air recirculation by eliminating gaps and creating a contained server rack environment. This sealing solution increases usable cooling unit capacity, maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of your cooling infrastructure.

Features

  • Multiple U configurations (1U and 2U blanking panels, 21U kitted blanking panels (19U blanking sheets attached to 1U blanking panels)) for a more flexible, reconfigurable blanking system
  • Pre-assembled for ease of installation, right out of the box
  • Size customization accommodates half rack or full rack sealing for rack sizes 42U to 50U
  • The 21U panels contain a magnetic strip along the inside face of the 19U sheets that form a complete seal between the side rails of the rack and the blanking panel
  • Can be re-used and re-configured as necessary
