Standard Woodcore 1/16" Replacement Panel
|Notes||Typically in stock year round.|
Replace old and worn down woodcore data center computer room floor tiles with our woodcore raised floor replacement panels.
The most common reason to replace wood core panels is delamination. This is caused by excessive moisture infiltrating the interior of the panel and causing the woodcore to swell. This change will make the top surface concave and no longer a flat surface to support the surface covering. Improper maintenance, air conditioning problems, variations in room humidity, sprinkler discharge and spills are some of the reasons for panel swelling. Woodcore panels are formed from a sheet metal which is slit and folded up at the edges, to form a pan. The corners are not welded and not completely sealed, which allows moisture to migrate into the interior eventually causing swelling and delamination.
To see if it these panels will match and interface with the access floor panels at your facility, please visit the Panel IDC Center for more information.
