Our standard double suction cup panel lifter has two black 4” rubber cups mounted on a solid aluminum die cast handle. This standard panel lifter is used to lift raised floor panels out of the understructure far enough to allow for manual removal. The cups are replaceable on this panel lifter.
Double suction cup panel lifters remove panels quickly and extend the life of your raised floor system. We recommend one panel lifter and one hanger for every 500 square feet of flooring. Having the proper panel lifting device handy eliminates using improper methods to lift panels (screwdrivers, plungers, knives) and will extend the life of your access floor panels.
Using a Panel Lifter Holder provides a convenient place to store your lifter in your data center.
Almost all woodcore and steel raised floor panels can be lifted using this standard 4 inch panel lifter. We recommend using a heavy duty 5 inch lifter for computer floor panels that are concrete filled. Remember that any panel lifter that you might use is only for lifting. Do not attempt to move a raised floor panel with a panel lifter attached. Panel lifters are used to lift the panels only to allow for manual handling in computer room environments.
