Four patent pending, ultrasonically welded buttons on the underside of this carpet tile provide precise indexed alignment with four matching holes in a TATE ConCore® panel. Now anyone can replace their PosiTile Carpet Tiles in their work area quickly and easily.
Positile is redundantly designed, with conducive fibers woven into the yarn bundle, creating an infinite number of contact points. These contact points create a fast path to ground, to quickly and effectively remove static charges. PosiTile safely conducts static charges away from the environment, without the need for grounding strips or messy adhesives.
These 24 inch by 24 inch carpet tiles are designed to show minimum wear and are low maintenance. Carpet is constructed with 20 lb tuft bind, to provide exceptional resistance to edge ravel and pulled tufts. Solution-dyed yarn gives the carpet excellent color-fastness. PosiTile is also approved for high traffic areas and is easy to clean and maintain.
PosiTile ESD Carpet Tiles are easy to install and have a 10 year warranty. This 24 oz/sq.yd. commercial grade carpet is typically in stock, however lead times for carpet tile are subject to availability and production schedules at the mill. Adhesive is not required.
One box will cover 48 square feet and will have 12 each 24 inch by 24 inch PosiTile ESD Carpet Tiles with buttons included.
PosiTile ESD Carpet Tile can only be installed on top of TATE access floor panels that have been factory drilled to accept the 4 positioning buttons.
