With cost savings in mind, our newly designed 4” Double Cup Panel Lifter for raised floors is lightweight while maintaining all the original suction strength for lifting access floor panels in computer rooms and data centers.
This economy panel lifter has two black 4” rubber cups mounted on an ABS yellow plastic handle. This lifter is used to lift raised floor panels out of the understructure grid far enough to allow for manual removal. The cups are replaceable on this panel lifter.
Double suction cup lifters remove panels quickly and extend the life of your raised floor. We recommend one lifter and one hanger for every 500 square feet of flooring. Having the proper panel lifting device handy eliminates using improper methods to lift panels (screwdrivers, plungers, knives) and prolongs the life of your raised floor panels.
Using a Panel Lifter Holder provides a convenient place to store your panel lifter.
Almost all woodcore and steel raised floor panels can be lifted using the economy 4 inch cup lifter. We recommend using a heavy duty 5 inch lifter for panels that are concrete filled. Remember that any panel lifter that you might use is only for lifting. Do not attempt to move or walk with a raised floor tile with a panel lifter attached. Panel lifters are used to lift the panels only to allow for manual handling.
