Our goal is to provide prompt shipping service. Most items are in stock and ship within 24 hours of order. For panel kits, please allow time for the warehouse to assemble components and notify the freight company. Kits typically ship within 2 business days. Transit times vary based on your location. Special order products from our IDC department may take as long as 6 to 8 weeks to custom fabricate and ship. We ship worldwide, please let us know your freight forwarding company, and we will provide you with a price for inland freight to your domestic port in the USA.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address if it differs from your billing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
How does AccessFloorSystems.com protect customer information?

* Returns & Replacements
Material being returned must be authorized prior to return. You may request a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) by email or telephone. This number MUST appear on all paperwork sent with the material being returned. Do not return material to the address listed on our website - we ship from remote locations and will advise you of the proper address when you contact us for your RMA #.
All materials being returned are subject to evaluation. The material must be in pristine condition, as we do not offer credit for any material that does not look factory fresh.
If our supplier feels this material has been kept in a clean dust free environment and can be sold as new, we will credit you for the material less a 25% restocking charge.
If our supplier feels this material cannot be sold as new, it will be your responsibility to pay for return freight back to your location or a disposal fee as designated by the supplier.
We do not offer returns on component pieces of kits purchased as part of a kit.

* Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our terms are payment in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Checkout and Electronic Funds Transfer. We also accept mailed checks into our office. Open accounts or net terms are not available. We will be happy to provide you with an invoice for accounts payable processing if you chose to mail in a company check in advance.
* Viewing Orders
You can view your order status online by clicking "My Account" at the top of any screen on the website. There you will be able to view all of your recent orders, with the option to view older ones as well.
* Updating Account Information
You can update your account information by clicking "My Account" at the top of any screen on the website. There you will be given the option to change your password, shipping & billing address, and phone number.
